Google Chrome is by far my favorite browser.
Once installed, Chrome updates itself to protect you from security threats so there is no need to reinstall it if you already have it.
Just another reason to love Chrome.

To disable Java in Chrome:
Step 1:
Open your Chrome browser.
Step 2:
In the address bar type: chrome://plugins
Click the image to see a larger view.
Step 3:
Scroll down the page until you see something like Java - Version: 14.3.0. Your version number may be different.
Step 4:
Click the “Disable” link. The entire row should grey itself out. See the screen shot above.
All done! You have successfully disabled Java in Chrome.
